I've always been the person friends reach out to with: "Got ten minutes?" I've seen how a short, honest conversation can cut through months of doubt. I've also seen why we hesitate to ask others for advice: pride, fear, and too much advice that feels generic or performative.
In our culture, nasiha—sincere advice—is a duty, not a favor. Yet today, asking is hard and guidance is gated. I've been both the one seeking and the one asked, and I've seen late-night messages and quick coffees change outcomes. I wanted a simpler way for that help to happen: private, dignified, and rooted in context. No gatekeeping. No ego. Just a conversation that moves you forward.

I spent my career building platforms at start-ups leading teams across geographies. I kept running into the same truth: most people hesitate to ask and when they do, they get generic, high-level answers that don't fit their lives.
Because I've watched good people stay silent when they needed help most.

Naseeha is my way to make those conversations easy and normal: a place to ask without shame, be met with care, and leave with steps that fit your life. No performance. No pedestal. Just two humans, and a way forward.
