This policy outlines how Naseeha protects participants, maintains professional standards, and safeguards the integrity of the platform.

1. Zero-Tolerance Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • Romantic or sexual advances within sessions
  • Exploitation of vulnerability or dependency-building behavior
  • Requests for personal favors, gifts, or financial arrangements outside the platform

Confirmed violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

2. Payment Integrity & Circumvention

All bookings and payments must occur through Naseeha.

Attempts to move transactions off-platform to avoid fees are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

Repeated violations may lead to permanent removal.

3. Conflict of Interest

Mentors must disclose any material conflict of interest, including:

  • Active recruitment intentions
  • Financial interests in products or services recommended
  • Situations where personal gain could influence advice

Undisclosed conflicts may result in disciplinary action.

4. Privacy, Recording & Content Use

Sessions may not be recorded, transcribed, or processed using external tools.

Session content may not be used for marketing, testimonials, training, or case studies.

5. Scope & Crisis Limitation

Naseeha is not designed for crisis intervention, emergency mental health support, or urgent professional services.

Participants requiring immediate assistance should contact licensed professionals or emergency services.

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

Naseeha reserves the right to:

  • Review reported incidents
  • Investigate patterns of complaints or misconduct
  • Temporarily suspend accounts during review
  • Remove accounts where standards are violated

Enforcement decisions are made to protect participant safety, platform integrity, and community trust.

7. Reporting Concerns

Participants are encouraged to report conduct that compromises professionalism, safety, or trust.

Reports are reviewed objectively and handled confidentially.
